I truly love animals and enjoy caring for them, and ensuring they're happy and healthy. I'm fit and active so would have the energy for even the most lively of pets! I would also consider myself a gentle and patient person, and understand that some pets are wary of new people and need an extra bit of care and understanding. (one of my cats, Pickle, was a very nervous little kitten when I first adopted her, afraid of a breeze, and now she's the sassy queen of our house!) I've always had pets myself (three dogs, two cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish & a tortoise) and I know how very important they are to their owners, they really are part of the family. I have previously looked after other people's pets while they are away and it has always gone very smoothly, and has been a pleasure for me to spend some time with their fur-babies!
